Our Apps: Paid vs Plus
We have two Invoice2go apps available depending on your business needs. Find out more about them here.
Invoice2go Paid App
The paid app is intended for one user on a single device. You have unlimited invoices, products and clients but you cannot sync the data between your mobile, tablet and desktop computer. Your data is not automatically backed up, so if you lose your phone and you haven’t got a backup of your data then your invoices are gone.
With the Invoice2go Paid app, all the Apps2go are separate purchases, including Receipts2go, Calendar2go, Sign2go, Scan2go and Schedule2go.
Here, the option to create custom templates is unavailable.
Invoice2go Plus App
Invoice2go Plus lets you sync your data between your phones, tablets and desktop computer through the Cloud. Your data is synced every time you create a document, so you can work across multiple devices.
With Invoice2go Plus, all your data is stored in the cloud. If you lose your phone or tablet you can just sign in to your account from your new device, and all your data will sync.
You can also create custom templates with Invoice2go Plus, and you can use the WebApp from your laptop and home computer.
Invoice2go is a subscription account, so you pay annually for your cloud account which will sync to an unlimited number of devices.

The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. It requires iOS 4.3 or later.
There is a separate app for iPhone and iPad but you can run the iPhone app on your iPad.
